We're a factory,
not a middleman.
Most buyers find us after a bad experience: colour that drifted between lots, a size grade that changed halfway through production, a shipment that missed the season.
Those problems almost always come from an order being passed down a chain of subcontractors. We don’t have that chain. Patterning, cutting, sewing, printing and inspection all happen on our own floor — so when something needs fixing, we fix it before it reaches you.

Our own pattern room
In-house pattern makers draft and grade your block. That's why our samples come back close to your tech pack the first time.
Audited and documented
BSCI and SEDEX audited, with the compliance paperwork your retail accounts will eventually ask you for.

A typical 500-piece order, start to finish. Larger runs only stretch stages 05 and 06.

Pattern & grading
Our pattern room drafts your block and grades it across the full size run you need.
Sample & lab dips
A physical sample and colour dips ship to you. Nothing moves forward until you sign both off.
Fabric & trims
Bulk fabric is booked and knitted or woven to your approved GSM and composition.
Cut, sew & decorate
Bulk cutting, sewing lines, printing and embroidery — with photos sent to you every week.
Inspection & export
AQL 2.5 inspection, packing list and export documents. Then FOB, CIF or DDP, your choice.
