These Terms & Conditions explain the basic rules that apply when you use drapesports.com, request a quotation, approve a sample, or place a manufacturing order with Drape Sports.
Orders & Quotations
All quotations are based on the specifications, quantities, materials, customization, and shipping requirements provided by the buyer.
Prices may change if the buyer changes:
- Quantity
- Fabric
- Design
- Printing or embroidery
- Packaging
- Shipping requirements
A quotation does not confirm production until the order and payment terms have been agreed.
Samples & Approvals
Samples are developed according to the information, tech packs, references, or instructions provided by the buyer.
Bulk production begins only after the required sample, colours, branding, and specifications are approved.
Once approved, major changes may result in additional cost or production time.
Production & Lead Times
Production timelines are estimated based on order size, materials, customization, and current production capacity.
We aim to meet agreed timelines, but delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including material availability, shipping disruptions, customs, or buyer approval delays.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are confirmed before production begins.
Orders may require an advance payment, with the remaining balance payable according to the agreed terms.
Production or shipment may be placed on hold if required payments are delayed.
Quality & Inspection
Drape Sports follows quality-control procedures throughout production and before shipment.
Minor variations in colour, measurements, fabric appearance, or handmade processes may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Any quality concern should be reported promptly with relevant photos, videos, or order details so it can be reviewed.
Custom Designs & Private Label
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any:
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Artwork
- Designs
- Brand names
provided to Drape Sports for production.
Buyer designs and tech packs are treated as confidential and NDAs may be arranged upon request.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping arrangements may be agreed under terms such as FOB, CIF, or DDP, depending on the order.
Delivery estimates provided by shipping or logistics companies are not fully controlled by Drape Sports.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges will depend on the agreed shipping terms.
Cancellations & Changes
Once materials have been purchased or production has started, an order may not be fully refundable.
Any cancellation or major order change will be reviewed based on the production stage and costs already incurred.
Website Use
Content on drapesports.com, including images, text, graphics, and branding, may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Product information and website content may be updated from time to time.
Changes to These Terms
Drape Sports may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our website, services, manufacturing processes, or business practices.
